Are your rugs handmade?
Yes. Every rug is hand-knotted or hand-woven by artisans using traditional techniques, then inspected before shipping.
Do rugs fade over time?
We use natural, plant-based dyes. Like all natural dyes, they may soften and deepen with age and sunlight — part of the rug's character.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Rugs must be in original, unused condition with packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping in the US, typically 5-10 business days after processing.
